The Character

Ameya Handicraft Industries is owned and run by Ameya Dabholkar under the very creative and artistic guidance of his father, the world renowned painter Shri. Arun Dabholkar.

Ameya Handicraft Industries sources drawings and paintings from the studio of Shri. Arun Dabholkar located at Vengurla in the Konkan region of Maharashtra State. The Industry, which is located at Kudal in the Sindhudurga district of Maharashtra State, employs more than 50 people and is a recognised small scale industrial unit.The sourced drawings and paintings are reproduced by using latest drum scanning and other techniques, to be framed and sold as gift articles to the general public as well as to corporate houses and art collectors.

With almost an endless supply of drawings and paintings guaranteed, the Industry is into continuous activity and sizable quantities of frames and gift articles are sold every month. Ameya Handicraft Industries has appointed sole selling agents to take care of the distribution of the gift articles within and outside Maharashtra. It aims to cater to the needs of a larger section of public through this website, which has on display, all the fine art forms and details of their availability for sale.
